1. Join
Sign in with Google or GitHub, wait for account approval, and complete your profile. Use your own account.
2. Hire someone
Post a job with a clear description, budget range, and skills. Once approved, it appears in Find Jobs. Review applications, start a conversation, and send a hiring offer.
3. Find work
Apply for professional profile approval, browse Find Jobs, and send an application. Track responses in My Applications and Hiring Offers. There is no fee to participate.
4. Agree on the work
Review the scope, compensation, and schedule before accepting an offer. Once accepted, the job is marked filled. Continue the discussion in Messages. Messages currently support text only.
5. Stay updated
Open Notifications for new messages and application decisions. If you need help, contact support from your account.
